Eventsza – A Seamless Event Planning Platform

Eventsza is a digital marketplace that connects users with event vendors worldwide, making event planning effortless and accessible. The platform caters to all types of events, including weddings, birthdays, corporate gatherings, and more. In Phase One, users can explore and select vendors at no cost, ensuring flexibility and ease in planning their perfect event. The application is designed with two distinct interfaces—one for users to browse, compare, and connect with vendors, and another for vendors to showcase their services and manage bookings efficiently.

This project highlights my expertise in UX/UI design, user research, and digital product strategy, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience for both users and vendors.

Duration: 2 months

The Challenge
Event planning can be overwhelming, especially when finding and selecting the right vendors for different occasions. Users need a seamless way to browse, compare, and book event services without incurring additional costs. Many individuals struggle with identifying reliable vendors for weddings, birthdays, corporate gatherings, and other events, making the process time-consuming and stressful. There is a need for a platform that simplifies vendor selection while ensuring users have access to verified service providers.
Objective/Goal

This UX design project aims to create a user-friendly event planning application that streamlines vendor selection and booking. The app will feature two interfaces—one for users and one for vendors. In Phase One, users can explore and shortlist vendors at no cost, making informed decisions based on services, pricing, reviews, and availability. The platform will enable effortless event planning by allowing users to filter vendors, interact with service providers, and finalize bookings—all within a single app. The goal is to enhance accessibility, reliability, and convenience in event planning, ensuring a stress-free experience for both users and vendors.
